TrialView Secures $4.1m Funding to Drive Dispute Resolution Innovation and Business Expansion

London, United Kingdom, November 2025 - TrialView, a leading legal technology company, announced today that it has secured $4.1 million in a growth funding round led by Elkstone Ventures. 

The substantial investment will help to accelerate TrialView’s growth trajectory and enhance the development of TrialView’s award-winning dispute resolution software and AI. 

Since its founding, TrialView has been primarily self-funded and has grown to almost $3m ARR in the last 3 years. Unusually for a tech start-up, the business has also been profitable to date, which has enabled expansion across the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East. But the additional funding will enable TrialView to focus on new markets including the US, Singapore and Australia. 

The funding will also substantially increase the business’ headcount, with plans for new hires across its development, sales, and customer success teams.

TrialView’s AI platform is already widely used by global legal teams, including 15 of the top 20 law firms in the UK, and in the past 12 months, it has been deployed in several significant legal cases. This includes the Russian Aviation litigation case, involving claims of over $6 billion, as well as some of the largest cases in London’s Commercial Court.
