Customisable user access
Your workspace permissions can be customised to accommodate certain levels of access and confidentiality rings.
End-to-end encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. There are no exceptions across any data layer.
UK & EU data residency
TrialView's data is hosted on Microsoft Azure's UK/EU regions. It never leaves your regulatory zone without explicit consent.
AI that never trains using your data
TrialView uses the Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Service to enhance our product's capabilities, as we believe these features give you the best advantage in the courtroom. But we also believe in keeping your data safe and secure.
AI transparency
TrialView currently uses the latest models from Open AI and Anthropic but operates a model-agnostic architecture to allow secure upgrades as improved models become available.
Unavailable to other customers
Your prompts, completions and embeddings are fully isolated to your environment. They are also not used to train our AI model.
Not accessible to third-parties
Azure OpenAI does not interact with any OpenAI-operated services including ChatGPT. Your data is never used to improve OpenAI, Microsoft or any third-party models
UK & EU processing only
All AI processing occurs exclusively within Azure data centres in your regulatory zone, either in the UK or the EU.
