Finally, TrialView's integrated video capabilities played a vital role in facilitating the presentation of evidence during the hearing at the Rolls Building in London. Critically, TrialView's specialised permission settings ensured that when confidential documents were displayed to the presiding Judge using the platform, only those individuals who were part of the designated confidentiality ring could view the content on their screens. Individuals outside this ring, including other attendees present in the courtroom and those participating remotely, were automatically prevented from viewing the sensitive content.
