Managing Significant Datasets with TrialView at the TCC

The Technology and Construction Court (TCC) often deals with cases involving large and complex datasets and in this case study, we demonstrate how DWF and two other law firms leveraged TrialView's advanced litigation software to efficiently manage a significant dataset in a TCC action, streamlining legal proceedings and enhancing collaboration.

The primary challenge faced by the three law firms were being able to manage a dataset made up of thousands of documents for a five-week action in the TCC. Efficiently organising, accessing, and presenting this information was crucial for a successful case outcome.

This provided the parties with information that was easy to navigate and quick to access, and significantly reduced the time and cost needed for case preparation. The digital bundle also included video footage showing construction practices, providing valuable contextual information for the court.

Additionally, TrialView's integrated video features helped with the remote testimony from a number of witnesses, enhancing the flexibility and accessibility of the proceedings. The digital facilities also allowed seamless interaction between remote and in-person participants.
